Are you using the download links ? "Download more menus" ? I'm pretty
sure that message only comes after clicking the download links and I
know there were some problems where the download links could be used to
download template but you couldn't use them to immediately create a
playlist based on the template immediately afterwards.
If you are using the download links, please try to instead select it in
the list directly after selecting "Create new playlist" instead.
