It's Genre > Album. The sort order appears to use the same setting (cookie?) that is already set for Albums browse (eg, Artist/Year/Album), and the plugin includes the same drop-down in the lower left corner for changing the sort order. If you change the sort order in "Just Covers" it gets changed to the same thing in regular "Albums" browse, too.
