So Logitech officially ONLY supports spotify on a TOUCH or RADIO, and the fact that it won't work is logitech's fault? Triodes plugin works fine on my old players (booms and transporter). So there must be something not quite right in your setup. But it may take more than 2 posts to get to the bottom of the issue. ps. This is a user forum for users helping other users.
