You need to edit the file plugin.pm, which is located within that .par
archive. What I do is this:

1. Copy the Plugins-SuperDateTime-Plugin.par file to a temp directory
somewhere. You'll use this to expand the archive and to keep around as
a backup in case something goes wrong.
2. Expand the above file. It's a "perl archive," which is just a zip
file. You can use a utility like 7-zip to unzip it.
3. Find the file plugin.pm in the newly-created file hierarchy that the
unzipping process created and edit it.
4. Create a new Plugins-SuperDateTime-Plugin.par file from the same
directory hierarchy (use 7-zip or equivalent for this...just create a
zip file but use .par as the file extension instead of .zip).
5. Replace the .par file in the
Squeezebox\server\Plugins\SuperDateTime\lib directory with your
newly-created one.
6. Restart the server.
