You install TrackStat as you have always done and just ignore that it
says unlicensed. The free functionality just works, but it reminds you
that you are running an unlicensed version.
You can install License Manager if you like to or you can just skip
that.
I'll see if I can make the nagging message more clear in a future
version, if you have any suggestion how to phrase it any input is
appreciated regarding this.

It becomes more complicated if you like to use third party plugins,
that's the advantage (more flexibility) and disadvantage (more complex
system) with using third party stuff. It's your choice if you like to
use them or be satisfied with the standard Logitech functionality.
If you aren't happy with Logitech standard functionality, please
complain at Logitech and not at third party developers.

If SugarCube uses the TrackStat tables even if you have selected to not
"Use TrackStat Metrics" it sounds like it might be a bug in SugarCube.
