Rather than show the screen dump - you should copy lines from the log file as that will show the real messages.
I just tested 1.2.4 and I get the same missing BBCMeta module message. "Parse" error messages are typical of security s/w messing about with network streams. I wouldn't worry about Extra issue I'll have a update ready soon which uses the new "iplayer://" URL . I made the change last week but there was a peculiar bug which I couldn't track down and I felt it was a timing issues. The 1.2.4 update seems to have make it disappear.
