By "Clearing the sbs cache" do you mean: Control
Panel->Advanced->Cleanup->Select Clean cache folder etc->Run Cleanup? I
tried this earlier today as it was the solution given a few pages back
but it uninstalled all my plugins (which also unloaded all my trackstat
ratings). A couple of hours later I managed to reinstall all plugins and
reload trackstat ratings and... the web gui issue is still there. (NB I
didn't select "Delete preference files")

I'm prepared to try clearing the cache again but, before I do, can you
confirm that this is what you did to get it working?
