I has this problem too and I see halliwells99 resolved it but I'm not
sure how. I'm guessing he did the following. Well, this may not be a
problem but when you've hardly touched Linux before it can seem a
little scary when you get this kind of message :-) After a bit of

I also received a couple of error messages when installing 7.6 telling
me ramlog and libparted0 are missing. I've no idea if that is important
or not. Anyway things seem to working fine and Squeeze Commander for
Android picked up MyBook Live straight away. Thanks to the OP for the
guide.
