You have two options:
1. Don't configure COMPOSER and CONDUCTOR when configuring the "Custom
Tag" scanning module "Tags to scan" attribute
or
2. When configuring "Mixed Tag" scanning module, leave the "Composer
tags" and "Conductor tags" fields empty.
If you have configured them both in Custom Tag and in Mixed Tag
scanning module, you will get duplicate entries in the menus.
