There has been a response to the bug from the developer. He says 'I'm at a loss to understand what the issue is here with the evidence so far' My response is as follows.... how do you think contributing that actually helps towards a resolution? I'm really not clear... Have you spoken to Triode? what happens in your organisation in this situation? Is there no-one you can escalate this problem to? Or discuss it with? Remember that I'm just a consumer who has bought your product on the assumption that it worked in a certain way, a way in which it did work for several years, until a software change caused it to stop working. You need to find that software gremlin and punish him. If you can't resolve it, maybe you can tell me who to talk to about getting my money back? Or who I can complain to who may be able to fix this? Or suggest a work around. Your post is unhelpful.
