It was me who made the comment about the official BBC feed.
I may have been wrong in the way that I stated it. While the BBC does
include references to the MP4/AAC content I don't think that they
expected it to be used by external players without prior agreement.
The WMA content is provided unprotected - with IP address checks
(broken for now) to deliver the right version.

But, the AAC content is somewhat different - as you can see from the
link below (expires 1st April 2012)
