Yes it goes blank . Couldn't resolve is the same as that LMS could not use the DNS for some reason . This usually clears after restarting the service :-/ Router should not have anything to do with it ? Route with firewall ? there is usually some statefull fw of some kind ? but no portforwarding or any other stuff should be done on the router ?
