Do you use iTunes integration in Logitech Media Server? iPeng doesn't access your iTunes playlists directly, the server has to detect them or they would be of little use anyway. I'm not 100% sure but even if you do NOT use the iTunes integration, the server could probably detect the iTunes playlists when the iTunes library is located within your music folder. Again, I'm not sure about this.
