Let's start from the beginning, describe exactly where you are looking,
describe step by step what you click on to get where you only see the
two genres. I want to be sure we are looking at the same place since it
works in my own setup.

Also, probably obvious, but just to make sure, you are seeing all the
genres in the standard "My Music/Genres" menu ?

Did you do any other change ? Like upgraded to a new SBS/LMS version or
something similar that might have caused problems in your setup ?

If you see two genres it's not a licensing issue, then something else is
wrong, if you don't had a license you wouldn't be able to see any
playlists or genres at all.
