Same here. This issue only happened because I need to reinstall the the Triode plugin every-time the computer is logged off or automatically re-starts. This time I tried to re-install it and the above happened. With the original problem, everything can be seen to be OK on the controller but the connection continually times out. Re-installing the plugin fixes it but only until the next log-off. Any ideas anyone?
