The headless server must run on the LMS server ( in your case the NAS if LMS is running there )for this to work afaik ,sugar cube/LMS talks to the running MIP on the server ,it should also start before LMS on the server. You can however analyse your files with MIP-GUI on another machine and then move them to the server .
