That confuses me. Are you using a dynamic IP address for the server? But
then that would not work for the remote access, wouldn't it?

I mean: iPeng does store your username/password for each server so you
should only have to re-enter it whenever you change the password. Even
though I use a VPN myself these days all my server still have
username/password enabled and I never have to enter username/password.

I believe in SqueezePad you even have to enter the password in the
settings and it doesn't ask at all.
