Yes, absolutely. The BMW steering wheel does not support pause, but track skip does work as expected. I also use iPeng in my Honda Accord via the 'USA Spec PA15-Hon2' (http://www.usaspec.com/product.php?ProductID=29&forceShowProduct=1) adapter to the factory head unit.
