Goto LMS Settings/Advanced/Custom Skip and check which value the "Filter directory" directory is set to 2. Goto this directory with a file manager and check if you have any file which is named similar as the filter set you try to edit, does the file have a *.cs.xml extension at the end of the file name ? What is the complete filename of the file ?
