I believe it's the FreeSansBold font with a separate image for the
shadow underneath, for example these:
- Touch:

As long as you always have 4 digits visible it's probably possible to do
something similar with Custom Clock, if you sometimes have 3 digits and
sometimes 4 it's probably going to be harder.

As a side note, I've seen the skin you have posted and plan to take a
closer look at it, I just haven't had the time to look into including it
in the default package yet, I've been a bit busy during last days due to
the Logitech announcement last week.
