That usually means that another answer came in from the server or plugin with an empty record. Is this specific songs it happen with (i.e. it's always like that with a specific song)? If you say they are correct in the web interface, is this the SongLyrics menu?

Can happen if something badly interrupts the communication with the server, the usual suspects being bad tags somewhere but also broken communication can cause it.
