To do this, you use Custom Clock Helper plugin to configure one style for each title format you like to display and then you use Screen Switcher to switch between the styles you have configured. The difference compared to MusicInfoSCR and TititleSwitcher is that with Screen Switcher it will switch the complete screen and not just a single text item, but if you have configured the Custom Clock styles to look the same with the exception for the text you like to switch I believe it should do the right thing.
It's also possible to do it only with Custom Clock, but that will be a bit more technical and require a bit more advanced configuration work. In this case you use the visibilitygroup, visibilityorder, visibilitytime attributes in the style configuration and can based on this create the text items on the same position on the screen, give them the same visibilitygroup but different visibilityorder values. There is a bit more information available regarding this at the end of the Custom Clock documentation page: http://wiki.slimdevices.com/index.php/Custom_Clock_applet If you like a sample of visibilitygroup/visibilityorder usage, I believe the bundled "OffClockSaver SDT Weather Celsus" and "OffClockSaver SDT Weather Fahrenheit" styles use it.
