There are positives and negatives to having a file's time stamp changed
- the positive is that LMS will now "see" the revised tag data and the
negative is that LMS will now "think" that the file is new instead of
just changed.

By the way since I am not familiar with Picard I had a quick look at the
web site. Picard looks rather complicated, powerful perhaps but
complicated, so I'll just stick with Mp3tag :)
