I got it all figured out now and it works perfectly. iPeng and the Erland custom plugins: Browse, Scan, Multi Library and Hide Menus. I went through all my menus in Custom Browse and found I was telling the classical music custom menus to only be active with Classical Music library was active. I changed that to Not specify a library being active and iPeng saw all my menus in the Classical Music menu. More answers below...
