Scanning the same drive (external hard drive connected to Goflex Net Squeezeplug) with windows 7 Laptop, the profile export completes correctly, so what is the problem with the squeezeplug? Export on the squeezeplug takes about an hour whereas the laptop takes less than 4 minutes, could this be relevant?
The duration itself shouldn't hurt - but I'm wondering why it would take so much longer. Can you check the log (debugging enabled) to see whether it's simply slower (every log entry takes longer), or whether there's one moment where it stalls? And monitor memory to see whether the scanner is eating memory?
