Is notes on how I got LMS working with Triode's spotify plugin. I am stuck on streaming AAC files with the problem: "Problem: Can't open file for" I initially thought that this was a problem getting Triode's iPlayer to work but it appears that I cannot play any AAC streams at all. Spotify works fine in OGG. I can play BBC fine on my network using a W7 server and any of my players (I have multiple versions). I can WGET the stream on the Pi, e.g. http://www.bbc.co.uk/radio/listen/live/r4_aaclca.pls and this works fine. If I try to WGET the url in that file e.g. http://bbcmedia.ic.llnwd.net/stream/bbcmedia_lc1_radio4_p?s=...etc.) I get Error 403, FORBIDDEN, but this could just be the way I am going about things. And the player that works fine on the W7 server keeps giving me "Problem: Can't open file for" on the Pi server. This is far as I can get. I have tried non-BBC AAC streams in the TuneIn option with the same problem. I have searched a lot and wonder if it is an encoding problem, but can't get any further. Thanks for looking. ------------------------------------------------------------------------ thomaswp's Profile: http://forums.slimdevices.com/member.php?userid=21839 View this thread: http://forums.slimdevices.com/showthread.php?t=97781 _______________________________________________ plugins mailing list [email protected] http://lists.slimdevices.com/mailman/listinfo/plugins
