Regret that (with v 1.5.12) it just happened again. This time I was streaming to iPeng (away from home). After 1 album had finished, played another after a little while, but it still showed the last track of the 1st album in Now Playing and the Now Playing screen wouldn't open. I don't know if this was connected with the iPod sleeping. Reselected the player and Now Playing updated OK (and cleared the queue...).
