Yes that switch is on the todo list - in fact it will probably be a few
switches to give you a finer grain of control. 

If you have Album Artist set to "Various Artist" in the tags for all
tracks in an album and have a hierarchy of Album Artist it should not be
putting it under <No Album Artist>! Could you post a screenshot of the
important muso fields for this album?
