Hello Triode,
1st of all - i just read this Thread today the first time -since i was
always a (liitle bit) angry Squeezelite (i just install direct from the
binary download) would hang, if the Server wont play something longer
than ~1 oder 2 hours - my (till now) workaround was something like
'killall squeezelite' (or better squeezelite runs as service so i can
start /restart and stop)
But now -i do it the "Plugin way"
Since i learned that if i klick on the "Powerbutton" in the webgui - the
Task "squeezelite-i386" is gone if i do klick again at the powerbutton
squeezelite-i386 is there again ;-)
I just discovered that not only the user squeezeboxerserver must be in
the group Audio (not that big kind of news) but after installed the
plugin i also had to

Even if i just killed my Version that play perfect and start the plugin
Version.
May others will have the same experience and it there and a Master
Playback wont help

again big thanks for the Idea and the Time.
btw: I listen to some mp3 (192er) and now sometimes the Musik would make
some jumps - since its Rolf Z from my little daughter i do know that
thats wouldnt happen before or with my "real" Slim.
If it helps - the prev. used binary was .rc4 the plugin is 1.0
since i dont need (ok -n ) for the standalone binary i dont use other
parameters in the Plugin - may i had to have a look.
