re Firefox: using the latest nightly build [Firefox Aurora 21.0a2 (2013-03-05)] it seems to work quite well.
The main thing I notice is that the device selection & power/repeat buttons only show properly when the browser is "fullscreen"; otherwise they don't get drawn correctly.
