I open the standard LMS web interface I click on "Settings" (lower right corner) i select "plugins ( see screenshot on bottom) when i click on the "settings"all the way on the right on the line"Extension downloader plugin settings" ,i get the screen in the screenshot for 1 second popups are off other settings , like "BBC Iplayer"open a settings page like expected.
