Do you disagree? > I don't see the point of keeping them (unless one uses single FLAC/WAV files - and you don't). You can still burn the flacs to an audio CD if you really need to. If you want to keep them, moving them to a different directory outside of the LMS audio dirs is probably the easiest solution.
