As I don't know your NAS' setup, you'll need to check where the DB files
are located (it might be the case that they are on a different
disc/partition/volume than the one reported to have free space)
Or maybe you can see all your storage devices in a web interface.
Or you can ssh/telnet to your NAS and enter the following:

df -h
--------------------
which will list information for all storage devices
