My LMS is on my NAS with my music files, my NAS disk space is 931.51GB
with 386.65GB free.

I have just started a new "Check for new & changed media" scan to see if
there is any difference, when it is finished I will do a search for the
db files you mention and see what size they are but my knowledge of
sqlite3 db's and the things you mention at the end of your post are
limited.
