I have checked log files and saw that download process ends with an error, because LMS can't reach your site. I have checked with my browser and www.herger.net is inaccessible from Turkey!
Wow... how would it fail? Can you reach www.jo-sac.ch, or www.metanet.ch (my hosting provider)?
