1. The plugin can be installed straight from the LMS Plugins tab - no
need for the extension downloader stuff. IT was not possible toi keep
the instruction up todate as it changed with each version.   

2.Do you really need to use PulseAudio ?  It makes life much harder than
plain Alsa.  IIRC there is a thread somewhere where another user setup
Wavinput to use PulseAudio.
