Hello Folks, I have 3 groups questions:
1) I have various 24bit 48Khz, 88.2Khz, 96Khz, 176.4khz, and 192Khz audio files. When I stream them to the playback feature on iPeng, all of them play and work so I am confused. Which sample rates does iPeng playback losslessly? What does it do with the others? Say 192Khz is not played back losslessly, is it downsampled on the LMS Server (latest version) to what level, or somehow downsampled on the iPAD itself? I cannot see where to look and verify this behavior. 2) Replay Gain: When I turn it on for the iPad 1 player, does Smart Gain work, or Just Track Gain? 3) Headphones : Any recommendations on what the cheapie headphone circuit can best drive (iPad 1) with the highest quality bass -- My Sennheiser HD448s don't sound that great with the iPad -- I think they are not a good match.
