"WinHttpGetProxyForUrl failed" comes from within the spotify library - I
don't know if this is a problem which will case us issues.  However the
rest of the log looks like it is working ok.  So the question now is why
do you see the helper app as having failed - can you check the server
log as well with plugin.spotify logging set to debug?  What is the
actual symptom of the problem now as this appears to be browsing files
ok.  If it is player related, make sure you have port 9006 open in your
filewall for players to connect to?
