I was just using the standard GUI on the PC - Home > Information (A Hundred Miles or More: A Collection) > Local Artwork
Oh, the web UI? Hmm... there should be a link to show the image full size in a separate window/tab. Don't know why this is missing. I added it to 7.8 - please check again tomorrow :-).
