Yep. That's why you need the latest and greatest 7.8 build: there was a limitation in its imageproxy which caused it not to read local files.
OrangeSqueeze also lists the jpg's available with a little icon.
I wonder how he's doing this (without server-side code!).
I'll report back when a later than Sept 15 LMS is available and the images display. Meanwhile I've got a lot more scanning of CD booklets to do.
