Depends what you mean with tweaking, you have to:
1. Install Custom Browse plugin and License Manager plugin
2. Apply for a evaluation license or purchase a real license through
License Manager plugin, evaluation is recommended so you are sure it
does what you want before spending any money.
3. Goto Custom Browse plugins settings page and select the "Manage
menus" section
4. Click "Create new menu" and select "Random Albums" , click "Next" and
"Save"
After this you will have a My Music/Custom Browse/Random Albums menu
which does exactly what asked for as far as I understand.
If one want to have it as a top level menu directly under "My Music",
that's also possible by going to Custom Browse settings page and
selecting "Enabled menus" and check the "Show in browse and home menu"
checkbox beside the "Random Albums" menu which you have just created.
