Thanks again for your help. I have sent you some more files. I have run
a full wipe and rescan as you suggest and disable the artwork import in
the iTunes plug-in.  Hopefully the server log file with debugging
enabled will show you what's going on. It looks to me as if for some
reason tracks are not getting recognised but I have no idea why not.

Unfortunately debugging for plugin.smartmix was _not_ enabled when you run the scan. All I see is that it was done quickly (39s), and that he profile as reported in the server.log still only has 349 items.

Please make sure debugging is enabled _before_ running the scan.
