That's funny. I have the exact same configuration as you (Mac OS X 10.6.8 on a Mac Mini Late 2009, LMS 7.7.3, sox 14.4.1 and latest Soundflower). Yet, although the plugin seems to be working, it still outputs no audio. Heck, my activity monitor shows that sox is not even launched while the plugin seems to play.
