This doesn't always work. One of my problems is accented characters - for instance for artist Béla Fleck the plugin has stored "Béla Fleck.jpg" in my designated Artist Pictures folder. For artist Bartók, B the picture "Bartók, B.jpg" is ignored and Man With Trumpet is displayed
There's one more workaround for this issue: drop a file called "artist.jpg" (this time literally: don't use the artist's name!) in one of the folders with tracks of this artist. Eg. if you have a folder "Béla Fleck/Whatever/" with some tracks, drop the artist.jpg file in there. It should be picked up during the next scan.
