Have tried restarting LMS when everything else has been running for a while, it doesn't make a difference.
The system works fine and always has for playing music files back from the server, this is what I use it for 98% of the time. I rarely use internet radio or plugins etc, bbc iplayer is about the only other thing I use regularly and this is a recent thing since nerd of the herds radio downloader got stopped. I really can't think of anything that has changed, maybe there has been an intermittent problem for ages that I haven't noticed because I've just been playing back files from the server. I think there may have nearly always been something not quite right with the connection between LMS and mysqueezebox.com. I have to toggle between my freenas and mysq.com, I'm not sure if it should be like that, it always lets me connect to mysq.com on the rare occasions I want to listen to internet radio. I'm sorry I can't work out how to check the DNS on the server, can you point me in the right direction please? I can't find it on the Freenas GUI.
