I have a Premium account and have installed Triode's 3rd party application and logged into my account. Both the Spotify applications work with my Touch just fine. But when I try to run Triode's application on my SB Classic, Boom, or Duet I can't get it to play. On my SB classic I see it trying "to connect". I tried changing the port and that doesn't do anything. It's like it times out and tries to play the next song on the play list but doesn't make any sound. When I run the self test it says the helper application is not running. Though I can still play the application through my Touch. And the status is logged in and helper application running.
I have reinstalled the plug in a couple of times with no success. Any suggestions would be appreciated.
