I had the same problem. It resolved itself after I created a mix-recipe
with Spotify, then switched over to Wimp again. It continues working
with only Wimp being active after that.

I think there's a problem if you disable "local tracks", and select only one music service. It should work fine if you re-enable local tracks.

IMHO it doesn't even make much sense to exclude your local files: the mixer won't respect whether you have the track or not. It will suggest it if it thinks it might be a good choice. And then it would return whatever ID it finds for the track. If it finds a local copy - well, no internet bandwidth used. Good news! Otherwise it'll try to play from your music service. But the mix itself will not change.
