This is really weird since the tracks come from the database. I wonder whether the playlists get re-scanned or something or whether the server looks at them again before returning the. I do know about such an effect for Spotify tracks (or other remote services) where the track details are only being retrieved after you open the playlist, this can take a while, too. But I haven't seen it for local tracks only.
