Hi guys,

just want to get your opinion on the following:

Two days ago, I had massive drop-outs in the qobuz function - not one
single track was playing correctly - probably after 30 seconds maximum,
playback stopped and the SB radio showed something like "refill buffer".

Then after some time, playback continued, sometimes from the beginning
of the track, sometimes with the next track .... 
Similar was the search function. The search took quite a long time, and
you sometimes had to start the same search three times until you got a
result. 

Thinking, that this was quite likely to be a qobuz problem, i reported
this on their customer service page and received the following answer.

Our app was not developped for a Squeezebox Logitech use, we are very
sorry for this issue.
We advice you to use our Desktop and select in the settings Quality CD :
http://www.qobuz.com/fr-fr/applications

Fortunately, I found in the meantime, that the problem was probably
caused by some internal problem on my router (at least the problem went
away after I restarted it) but what do you think about this answer? 
They even have a section in the customer service form to mark that you
are using a SB in order to stream Qobuz, probably to automatically
generate the message above.
