Feels like Playlist Generator plugin should be able to generate the
playlist, just configure it to generate a playlist limited to the
library, but the paths to the files will be wrong.
To fix the paths I would just open the generated m3u file in a text
editor and use it's "Replace All..." functionality to adjust the
beginning of all paths.
